Teresa Albertson
Teresa has been with Sandpoint Realty since 1998, having first served as office manager, then moving to full time Realtor status.
After visiting the Sandpoint area year after year since 1980, Teresa and her family decided to leave Southern California and make a new start in the Northwest in 1992. They all participate in community and school activities such as volleyball, golf, softball, basketball, snowboarding, and boating on Lake Pend Oreille.
She is blessed with a wonderful sense of humor, great energy and boundless enthusiasm. Ruth Eich
Ruth has lived in the Northwest for over 40 years. This year marks her 26th year as a professional photographer, with recognition both locally and nationally. Locally, Ruth is well known for her portrait work, done at Windward Studio in Sagle, ID.
Ruth finds exceptional joy and reward in her family. She loves to spend time with her family and volunteering in all of her boys' activities. Rain Silverhawk
Rain first started in Real Estate in 1988. After a fire destroyed her entire community in 1992, she left real
estate and went back into nursing, where she specialized in hospice care and started her own business in web design and lapidary arts. In 2003, Rain and her family
